Apollo Terms of Service

Apollo Bot is a Discord application operated by WHIZY SASU, a registered French company (SIREN 938696143), located at 12 Rue de la Part-Dieu, 69003 Lyon, France.
Throughout this document, "we", "our", or "Apollo Bot" refers to WHIZY SASU and the services it provides.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Apollo Bot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the bot and its related services. Your continued use means you accept any future updates to these Terms.

2. User Conduct

• Do not use Apollo Bot for spam, harassment, scams, NSFW content, or illegal activities
• You must comply with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or exploit the bot
• Any violation may result in your user or guild being blocked from using Apollo Bot

3. Service Availability

• Apollo Bot may be modified, updated, or taken offline at any time without notice
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or bug-free performance
• Bot features may change or be removed at any time

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Payments are securely processed through Stripe
• We offer lifetime (one-time), yearly, and monthly subscriptions (auto-renew)
• Subscriptions are linked to a Discord user, who must activate it on a server using the /premium enable command

Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a full refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any data loss or configuration issues
• We are not liable for bot downtime, bugs, or abuse
• You use Apollo Bot entirely at your own risk

6. You Are in Control

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Significant changes may be announced via our website or Discord. It is your responsibility to stay informed by reviewing this page regularly.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be handled by the courts of Lyon, France.
